Insights ANZ came by in a flash and with plenty of room to spare for industry peers and Epicor experts alike.
The short but packed event held at Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach in Queensland, Australia, aimed to elevate and empower customers and partners with their knowledge of various Epicor solutions. From business trends to driving transformation, most sessions highlighted how multiple teams can streamline and optimize their operations to drive growth, revenue, and profitability.
The Epicor FP&A team was, of course, in attendance. The region has always been and continues to be essential for Epicor FP&A, so the team highlighted its industry-fit yet out-of-the-box capabilities for the manufacturing, distribution, and aged care sector.
The aged care sector in Australia is facing more challenges due to stricter regulations and the impact of digital changes. For aged care providers, the most effective way to navigate these challenges is by having a strong grasp of their operations. This involves understanding the specific care hours each resident requires and having a clear picture of the overall scope of their operations. Aged care organizations need to be aware of the potential benefits and risks while realistically evaluating their financial sustainability.
The Epicor FP&A aged care session was led by Trami Truong, Rajiv Kumar, and Hakan Ebersjo. They had an interactive session that focused on sharing the Epicor FP&A value, the return on investment its clients can expect from having a robust financial management solution, and the roadmap for the product.
There was also a session on August 16 which talked about The Road Ahead for BI and Financial Reporting with Director of Product Marketing, Mark Jensen, who shared how our rich portfolio of BI and reporting tools all come together.
As long-term and new customers met at insights, they had a lot of exciting conversations about how they use the solution, and they compared notes on how they can further improve their processes and maximize the use of Epicor FP&A for reporting, budgeting, and consolidation. The partners of Epicor FP&A were also there engaging with the team and their customers. The feedback on Epicor FP&A and its support continues to be exceptional, and there are so many exciting things ahead for Epicor FP&A as it pushes its goal of empowering its customers to become truly data-driven enterprises.
As early as now, we already look forward to a bigger and more phenomenal Insights ANZ 2024!
